Project Overview

This project reimagined healthcare as a more human, emotionally intelligent experience. Through empathy-driven research and cross-disciplinary design, we developed a community-centered experience blueprint that transforms patients into active participants while building trust, loyalty, and meaningful connection.

As Solution Research Lead, I guided the development and validation of our concepts, translating insights into strategic directions. We presented our solutions through story-driven presentations and mapped user journeys that illustrated how patients could become active participants, building trust, loyalty, and meaningful connection within the healthcare ecosystem.
